Despite his vociferous critics, Beck would have been a really useful addition yesterday. I’d go as far to say, we may have won it.
I agree with this. He has the physical presence we lacked yesterday. KL were shithouses, some dirty stuff going on, and I think Beck might have soaked some of that up. However, he was injured and there’s no way Butler could start Whitehall – so we were in a little bit of a negative from kick-off.
