I have my own views on the subject of Mr Maw, and most not complimentary regarding his conduct towards those who criticised and questioned Hilton, but to say he solicited is unfair and not true if going by general definitions of the term:
Unless I’m missing something, those Twitter posts were ‘yes please’, ‘yes’ etc, to requests to him from dodgy accounts offering lewd images. Not a good look, but not actually ‘soliciting’ either. And no, I’m not condoning it in any way.
