Personally I trust that they have the best interests of the Club at heart, but they are definitely going to make mistakes and misjudgements. This week has left a slightly bitter taste. I suspect there is quite a bit more to all this, and that the official statement and radio interview were designed to shut things down and regain the perception of a united front.
