We already have the monthly draw which is (I believe) run by a third party, could this not be brought in-house so all the revenue minus the prizes be kept within the club. There are clubs up and down the country that run a monthly draw that seem better than ours for less (£1 weekly draw seems more attractive than a £10 monthly due to the cost).
Also could we make the prizes more attractive, more suitable to your prospective client again look at what others do.
