Maybe, but Swann’s due diligence wasn’t much given he soon found out that Hilton had swindled him and came to post on here about him being hoodwinked. Some of it could have been hidden, but given it all swapped over to Hilton so quickly, I don’t think there was that much scrutiny.
The biggest number is not always the best offer. A textbook example of that.
