I’d scrap appearance money.
Introduce mini league bonuses.
Each month is a mini league season.
Finish top of the mini league each month and pay each player in the squad a bonus.
Creates a team.
Under the present system those not on the pitch are ‘outsiders’.
It’s a team & squad game and there is strength in numbers.
Stupid ‘appearance money’ substitutions would be eliminated under this system.
How many times do substitutions backfire and cost points or momentum in a game.
