Not sure why some people are giving Trump credit for the ceasefire starting particularly as it’s Biden original plan. Guess if it lasts a couple of days and folds then Trump will blame Biden anyway. Israel may realise Trump is less predictable and could do something rash or dangerous after tomorrow if it doesn’t hold but either way I can’t see it lasting the full six weeks and the second part negotiations will be held amidst a return of Israel bombing. It’s all very sad.
