I honestly think that football is an unsustainable business for most. There are few clubs inside and even outside of the 92 that break even, never mind make a profit.
It seems to me that most rely on loans from their respective owners to meet the day-to-day operational costs, and when the owener(s) walk away (like we experienced) the club is in deep sh*t.
