I think Ellis worded the initial tweet without much though, especially if his point was that it is unprofessional to have a family member partake. That would raise suspicions.
I don’t know why it needed to get to this stage of melodrama. Surely some quiet words could have done, and the offending tweet was deleted. I don’t see what benefit this public spat Stuart is trying to bring about will achieve. Any issues with him and the Trust should be kept private in my opinion. It does create an impression of self-service and puffing oneself up.
