I find the whole furore around the Butler interview a little ‘over dramatic’. Sure, he was brusque, but what do we expect. He is undoubtedly under significant pressure, and at half-time was likely 45 minutes away from losing his job.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that he was correct to treat the interviewer with such disdain, just that too many are overreacting to a storm in a teacup.
