Reminding of the goals absolutely and I’m sure those conversations have already been happening between the board and Andy over the last few months since we’ve fallen off a cliff. Would the boss micro-manage the manager and tell him exactly how to achieve those goals? Probably not. If they aren’t capable of delivering the objectives, they would be sacked and replaced with someone who is.
