Tousi situation came to nothing …so not a foregone conclusion after all. I’m very concerned at some of the trends we’re seeing … especially where justice seems to have lost its blindfold and people appear to be receiving draconian penalties as an example rather than on precedent.
My suspicion regarding Tousi is that they wanted to talk about his security as such an easily recognised/targeted figure and the difficulties surrounding ‘policing’ that reality. I could be wrong … but this is a volatile and rapidly changing world and the benefit of the doubt ain’t necessarily wrong.
