Doesn’t get any worse than yesterday’s display. Left on 75 mins as nephew was fed up and wanted to leave (a common theme this season as he’s spent the majority of games fiddling with his mobile phone rather than watching the match, but I suppose thats a reflection of the football on offer) at which point there had been no attendance announcement, but was markedly quieter than previous Saturdays. Not much to say on the football other than dreadful. All too predictable the way it’s panning out under Butler. Another deluded interview on humberside where he seemed somewhat satisfied with a point and a clean sheet masking just how horrifically bad the game was. Boos at half time were loud enough so can imagine it wasn’t too pleasant at full time as the wedge between team and fans gets greater. League position continues to flatter even at 3rd (or 7th if those with games in hand win), we will be thanking our lucky stars to make the play offs this season. If someone offered us 7th now we’d have to snap their hand off?
