Does the blame for the confusion and late everything lie with the BBC or Humberside?
Others arrive on time so I have to point Hullwards.
Who knows. But I wouldn’t be too hard on the Humberside folks. Funding for local radio is being absolutely decimated (purposefully I think), I imagine technical assistance is first for the chop.
