On the occasions I’ve used it in the DRE recently, there doesn’t seem to have been anyone noticeably ‘in control’ of catering, just a load of teenagers in almost headless chicken mode. Obviously things are going awry with the food – and some of this has to be down to staffing in the first place, and then training. Perhaps it’s a money issue, perhaps the equipment is outdated. It’s worrying.
