Talking of food appalling cooking by the catering staff at glanny mixing, well no actually placing cooked burgers on top of frozen ones, (pictures on tuther side) that wont improve the food ratings I’m afraid. Sort it out but more training needed.
At least Michelle should have seen it to sort otherwise you could just see that practice carrying on.
Ventured over to the dark side and saw the offending picture. Not great for the club but also not nice to see some ‘supporters’ are suggesting the photo be forwarded to relevant authorities. I have sympathy for Michelle if she is having to manage at catering staff level since Kelvins departure. Maybe an external vendor would be the best route at this stage, the incinerated goat or someone / anyone else? Whilst it would mean having to split profits, a share of something is better than all of nothing if the food licence is taken away. There were grumbles in the stand on Saturday that a lot of products weren’t available so clearly some stock issues too. Help needed ASAP.
