Review of the Newark Road takeaway now it’s finally opened.
Food arrived 40min late when ordered for a specific time, got a call to say they can’t do the gluten free option we picked even though it’s an option on there and we paid for it, why we were able to order and pay for it if you can’t do it! Once the food finally arrived late, we found to have a whole main order was missing! We got a call to say it’s there it was put with the gluten free option! Well no because then you’ve mixed a gluten free option with a non gluten option! It wasn’t there anyway luckily because if it was the gluten free one wouldn’t have been gluten free anymore! Getting a refund but then found out my partner has received horrible and sarcastic comments because we said the service is shocking which it is! Absolute appalling service and behaviour nothing I’d expect from a professional business if you don’t like the comments about the service try getting it right the first time and don’t make excuses! Food was OK nothing to write home about. Won’t be trying again awful service!
