I think Michele did a good job. The team had debts and a limited budget.
Coupled with the fact that teams in the National League North are very competitive.
Players of this level demand a fair amount of wages.
Andy has tried his best to make the most of the players he has, who admittedly have limited talent.
I know a bit about Southport. Their team has been well-reinforced this year, especially with the addition of experienced players. Despite their age, they still play well at this level.
I think the goal this year is the playoffs, but I don’t think we’ll get promoted. Andy’s doing his job and he’s doing it pretty well.
Don’t expect good tactics with the players we have because that might make our position in the table worse. I am still confident that we can finish at least 7th.
