Just because he’s not saying any change publicly ( who likes admitting their wrong particularly football managers) doesn’t mean the management team aren’t looking very thoroughly at what can be done to improve form.
Disagree completely. There’s plenty of excellent managers that come out after a game, hold their hands up and admit they got something wrong, whether that be formation, team selection or subs. Heard it 100s of times across all levels of football, heck even Jimmy did it last season. It shows the fans the manager is human and makes mistakes but can learn from them. Butlers insistence that the formation is right, subs were the correct ones and nothing needs to change comes across as egotistical and arrogant.
Iron-Awe I think you have been listening to too many of Butler’s interviews. He’s been telling us for months all the things he’s ‘looking at’ heard it countless times, plently of ‘looking’ not much ‘doing’ it seems.
