Why miss out that Lammy met with Palestinian leaders too?
I thought the argument for Saint Jeremy meeting the IRA was that he was convincing them to commit to peace. Yet when the foreign secretary does it, and meets with Palestinians (plus with reiterating ceasefire calls), it’s apparently becoming friends with Netanyahu. The job is to meet with leaders for a foreign secretary, including rotten ones. He’s not some backbencher on a jolly.
