There’s a question as to why Hamas like hiding around designated safe zones, hospitals and such, bring war to civilians who are human shields to them. There’s of course a valid question as to whether the civilian casualties should be deemed too much for an operation, though the latter gets asked more than the former. Yet it’s that tactic which is a big part of the issue and such is a war crime.
