I’ve not ‘got it in for’ anyone Deerey but as in any job, a club employee should be judged on performance. The board have done a sterling job of securing the club, the ground, clearing debt and taking care of the business side of things. Glyn is seemingly doing a lot of great work with the sponsorships and generating revenue through those avenues. I’m just not seeing what value Turnbull adds but if you know otherwise please enlighten me? If a player had performed poorly for the last 8 years would we keep resigning him again and again? If we had spare cash to splash maybe we could afford to carry the salaries of people who aren’t contributing but for me Turnbull isn’t bringing enough to the table to justify what is no doubt a sizeable salary.
