Nice try politicising decisions made regardless of two party politics. Still, given the Tories are looking at a wipeout in the general election I suppose it made sense for Mumby Croft and Waltham to win votes. As for Gateshead, you have no idea if a Tory council would have reached the same decision as the Labour one or not. Unless you know the exact reasons why they rejected the clubs 10 year lease extension?
