No 64. Individually it wont happen would have to be a national league decision there’s an Agm soon. The really small clubs start the Fa cup in August so would need the backing of everyone behind them to start the boycott and then rely on the Efl clubs supporting it going forward.
Fans did sort the breakaway euro league out but will it happen in this case I doubt it, it should do far more an important situation for so many more clubs
