Is there any members of the forum or anyone they know can honestly claim that they wanted to a ticket for an SUFC home match but weren’t able to get one either online or by visiting the ticket office or via telephone?
No, didn’t think so.
It’s not a complaint about the availability of tickets. It’s about the inconvenience to all concerned, especially the club staff and systems, when there is an unnecessarily narrow on-sale window.
