The players just don’t listen to him anymore. We’ve all had those occasions at work where somebody gets promoted or has a senior role and you think how tf is this guy in this role. Problem is respect soon dissipates and you’re left with a dead duck. This is where I feel we’ve got to. JD keeps saying they aren’t doing what he tells them to, he takes the blame which is a credit to him but we’re in serious danger of missing out on promotion – and I can guarantee we won’t go up with Dean here.
