The ultimate aim this season is promotion, that can’t be denied.
Do the board gamble and keep him in place?
With his lack of tactical awareness and lack of a plan B, refusal to drop what he considers to be his starting 11 I don’t see promotion, carry on like we are and we could easily slip out of the play off places.
Can the board afford to replace him?
Only the board members are privy to that information and ultimately it’s their call.
He is contracted to the end of this season and asked for an extension, regardless of where we are playing next season, IMO the club shouldn’t take up his request of an extension.
