I’m not sure that’s necessarily true as the contract was between the club and the buyer.
Nevertheless the offer seems to be a fair one, it’s a shame that supporters were conned and the initial outlay is huge, however over time they should hopefully regain their outlay.
For those still not happy- and there will be some- I do believe the offer of a full refund should be kept on the table until the beginning of next season.
