He seems like a nice fella but he seems to have no plan B when things are not going well on the pitch. He is unable to make any tactical changes, and many of his substitutions seem to be done out of panic, with no real thought on how it will actually work.
The team that was out there today look one million miles away from the team that ripped Spennymoor to bed. JD needs to work out what the issue is, and fix it very quick!
