Agree with all that WG, though I’d throw in managing a squad during an unimaginable tumultuous and ultra extraordinary time plus one club’s remarkable success (Tamworth) in Dean’s favour. It may well be ‘the finest squad of players to ever compete at this level with the most support’ but it doesn’t guarantee anything. I’m really not a fan of his either but maybe he can do it.
