We played the first half our way, they played the second half their way and we got dragged into their way too much. No thought on the ball second half, too much rushing and hoofing it upfield which suited them. They got a deserved point IMO , Roberts was excellent first half and Elliot showed we didn’t miss Superfanny one bit, held it up well, competed in the air, much quicker on the turn and chased a number of lost causes which he caught and won a corner from a couple of times. Oh and when he got pulled back second half he got up and got on with chasing the ball not lying on the ground flapping his arms squealing ” ref ref “.
