For me, next season (24-25) is all about securing a mid table spot in the NL and ensuring that we start 2025-26 in the stated league.
Let’s not chase a quick return to the EFL. We need to be debt free and a self sustaining business before we go chasing promotion to L2.
I’d prefer a few seasons in the NL and the club having no financial hangovers than running up debts chasing a dream too soon.
Same squad will do me for next season. We need to galvanise a team where the output is greater than the sum of its parts.
We need a Wimbledon type mentality in the coming seasons, both on and off the pitch.
