If reports on social media are correct it might be a little premature to go full party mode on this.
It’s claimed the club will own 25% of land (ground?) and an as yet unknown 3rd party will own 75% (car parks and training pitch).
Might be a load of BS of course but after our last 2 owners I’m holding the champagne for now.
