The reaction has been abit extreme from a few despite the disappointing performance- that’s not a problem exclusive to Scunthorpe fans though.
I remember after the P’boro sports game stating that the sense of expectation in the ground was palpable, never really experienced that as a Scunny fan. Unfortunately for Dean, we are expected to win every game with the players he has at his disposal.
I wouldn’t want to see him cave in and try anything drastic as overall the football has been entertaining; it’s just a case of showing some flexibility in tactics and responding quicker in games. Clearly we have to set up slightly different away from home as evidenced by results.
However, I enjoy listening to his analysis after games and it’s encouraging he seems to have watched the same game as us, under Cox/Hill and co they seemed oblivious to what had unfolded in front of them.
