What is it about Clunan?
He is clearly a very skilful CM and leader. He is intelligent. But how come he is SO effective?
Just having him on the pitch and everyone else is suddenly: passing better; moving more quickly; actively looking for space; pressing forward.
The Clunan Factor seems to be far greater than the sum of its parts.
