For unity and division there needs to be movement from both sides. As much as I don’t think it’s unreasonable for Hilton sceptics to hold off on “I told you so”, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some contrition from those who bound themselves to Hilton, for the sake of trust going forwards. By which I mean, those like Elliott, not most fans. Rebuilding for unity goes both ways and it isn’t just about Hilton sceptics refraining from going on about how they were right.
