Nice idea. Someone would need to apply to them, probably best via The Trust. It would probably fit best with The National Lottery Fund (formerly Big Lottery) though I’m not sure there is a programme of funding for anything like it. A lot of pubĺic benefit would need to be demonstrated and its a highly competitive process. Never say never though.
