The only value Glanford Park and the surrounding land has is to the football club and its supporters. I think that Swann will see Hilton leaving as one more obstacle in selling to the highest bidder out of the way.
It would be good if the Iron Trust or even the council could raise the money somehow to buy it (I think we have gone past the point of ransom strips etc) and then go from there.
