would the price for that be higher or lower than the famous £3m? Given the work involved in demolishing the stadium, preparing the land, all the planning, etc.?
The cost of demolition etc would be accounted for, and I imagine there would be a ‘demolition discount’ built in to any sale – but the land package value without the club there is significantly higher.
