None. The only value is to SUFC. Safe to assume that the stadium will be worthless and redundant when the club goes bust (soon). The redevelopment value of the land GP is on is far higher without it there, and that is the key thing. Swann or whoever buys the whole land package will see that it is razed.
Yeah I realise that but would the price for that be higher or lower than the famous £3m? Given the work involved in demolishing the stadium, preparing the land, all the planning, etc.?
