Agree with what Tony Gosling said about Swann being a position to allow the club to stay at GP. No idea how realistic that is but hope he’ll listen to someone he respects and do the right thing.
Hard to know what Swann’s strategy would be: clearly he wants Hilton out and will look to put the ground on the market again but without the club, what value does the ground really have? I would imagine its redevelopment value is less than its value for a going concern football club?
