Going back to the Athletic article it is worth noting that although David White-Hilton-Anderson-Mellors has come out and admitted his past legal issues and subsequent conviction, to the best of my knowledge, he has yet to mention anything about the allegations made in the Athletic stating he may have used alternative names to operate as a director of several companies during his 5 year ban from holding a directorship.
