How anybody can claim the financial situation is improving is beyond me.
There is a similar tax bill to pay, no cash in the bank, unpaid players and pensions and then you have the small matter of backdated rent which will be due plus legal costs at some point. He has lied about so much that I cannot for one moment accept he has paid 80% of the debts. It will all come out in the wash.
