out of interest how much are they paying for the privilege , are they buying shares , why are they not on companies house and if it goes Pete tong are they in any way liable or is that solely mr david ?
At this stage, it is looking like they will be directors by title only. In other words, not executive directors of the company. If they do become executive directors of the company, they will be bound by the Companies Act 2006.
