I don’t know IB but Maxwell Cohen are or were involved with the Bridge Inn at Cotmanhay and wasn’t there a closed restaurant on the A52 at Elton which has been converted to flats which was something to do with one of Hilton’s companies ?

I am aware of those properties and their recent history. I’ve certainly mentioned them on a handful of occasions on here, hence my somewhat tongue in cheek questions earlier!
