I don’t think that’s the case, Jury. I stand to be corrected, but doesn’t the Community asset tag only give interested parties 6 weeks to declare an interest in tabling a bid. They then get up 6 months to make an offer, if they declare an interest. However, that will only be triggered if Swann decides to sell to a third party.
