I have to admit that I am at a loss with it all now.
If I understand the situation correctly, it is this :Swann has issued a statement on here saying he wants to sell GP to Hilton/White but can’t get him to buy it despite offering different options over payment.
Hilton/White has issued a statement on Facebook saying he wants to buy GP, and pay the proposed price, but Swann won’t sell it to him.
I don’t know, have I completely misunderstood the situation ?
What is an ordinary person who supports the club, supposed to make of it all ?
Throw in the ‘squatters rights’ card and it makes the next few weeks even more interesting.

You can only apply for an IPO if it’s been 28 days or less since you found out your property’s been squatted.

The court will send you confirmation of your IPO within a few days. They will also send you documents that you must give to the squatters within 48 hours.
After being served with an IPO squatters can be sent to prison if they do not:
leave your property within 24 hours and stay away from your property for 12 months
To get final possession of the property, you must make a claim for possession.
You can do this on your IPO application form or separately online.
