A problem arises when a football club owner persists in giving random updates to a select set of supporters on social media. Unsurprisingly, expectations levels regarding updates are heightened. It doesn’t take a genius to work that one out, but it seems to be beyond the ken of a section of the more cerebrally challenged Iron supporter base.
