Not sure if there is enough insurgency regarding numbers to be a threat to Putin or not and the rebel leader is demanding the head of Russia’s Army to be changed not Putin. One would think if there demands are not met then they may try to recruit more support back home to threaten the regime. What a turnaround for Putin who 16 months ago was expecting a quick 3 week takeover of Ukraine with civilians supposed to welcome the Russian troops into their country with open arms.
