It’s an absolute tragedy whatever your opinion on billionaires but what I find astonishing is that very successful self made men, obviously very intelligent in their various fields, would contemplate such a venture without thorough research of the vessels capability. The fact the company who owns the sub sacked their safety engineer 18 months ago for raising genuine safety concerns would have been screaming at me for starters.
